I believe in doing what I love. I am a very people's person, great with numbers. I wanted to put two of those great skills I carry into a career. With process of elimination, I concluded that I should be a Mortgage Advisor. Years ago, I immigrated to Canada. Years ago, I was a first time home buyer and a self-employed individual. ONLY through self-education /reading, I was able to find great mortgage deals, perks and programs for myself. Being a new resident to Canada, I did not have the network to know the right professionals to seek for help. Ever since that experience, I told myself, I am going to look into becoming a Mortgage Advisor to help new immigrants/ self-employed individuals/ first-time home buyers/ investors or anyone who wants purchase a home with mortgage. I knew, I had the skills. I was more than willing. I looked into various banks to see, which one would best suit the clientelle that I'm focusing on. I chose CIBC. Low rates, suitable programs for everyone and a way for everyone to find a mortgage. Here I'm today, educating everyone and happily serving a diverse community. I take pride in what I do! Besides my professional life, I help a children's orphanage from a small town where I grew up, at least once a year.
